Who Are You:

Nicewander, Berens & DeVries is the longest-established law firm in the Jenison-Hudsonville-Grandville area. We have three attorneys – Mark Greidanus, Jim DeVries, and Terry Berens. We have eight staff members who have a collective 150 years of experience. We are committed to practice law in a manner that exhibits the highest ethical standards, not only with our clients but also with our opponents. That means that there may be times when we not only discuss the “legal” thing to do but also the “right” thing to do. For over 40 years, the law firm has continued to grow along with the Jenison-Hudsonville-Grandville area.

What Does Your Company Do?

We provide various legal services, including Business, Estate Planning, Probate or Trust Administration, Family Law, Real Estate, and other legal services. During the past 50 years, our attorneys have had the opportunity to serve multiple generations of our community, including multiple generations of local family businesses. To serve small businesses and individuals we focus on providing holistic services because clients’ needs and concerns are rarely limited to one issue or area of law.
