In 2019,  the Grandville Jenison Chamber celebrated 10 years.  In celebration, we wanted to observe old traditions while also offering new opportunities to build relationships and contribute to our community.

One of the new programs created was “Building Community Through Serving”.  The event which is held four times a year allows our members to volunteer at one of our local non-profits over lunch.   It is also an opportunity for our members to attend as a company for team building.   We began the year in February packing lunches for Hand2Hand, we organized a food pantry at United Church Outreach Ministry, and collected school supplies and packed backpacks for LoveINC.   Our final 2019 “Building Community Through Serving” project will be in partnership with the American Legion Post 179 for Operation Shoeboxes for Troops.  About
