While Covid-19 virus continues to be a real threat, many communities are allowing controlled outdoor activities and the return to workplace facilities, while closely monitoring participants and workers. The Grandville Jenison, Hudsonville and Wyoming Kentwwod Chambers will be adhering to the public policies of state and local governments as it begins to phase in some community events.  However, it is clear that the virus can be contracted throughout communities  despite efforts to mitigate its spread.  There are still risks.

The guidelines below include the safety measures the Chambers are implementing and will require participants to comply with in order to participate in the golf outing.  It is incumbent on you, the participant, to understand, agree, and abide by these conditions before engaging in this activity.

Guidelines for Participating in the Multi-Chamber Golf Outing 

· All participants with flu-like symptoms will be required to stay home the day of the event

· By signing this waiver participants confirm they are not experiencing any symptoms of illness such as a cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat or new loss of taste or smell.

· Tee times will be assigned in order to follow social distancing guidelines. This will not be a shotgun start this year.  Participants need to follow social distancing guidelines.

· We ask that participants have not traveled internationally or to a to a highly impacted area within the United States within the last 14 days.

I hereby release and agreed to hold the Chamber harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, cost, expenses, and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by an act, or failure to act of the Chamber, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with Chamber Golf Outing.  This liability waiver and release extends to partners of the Chamber and its employees.
