The events listed below our organized by Theresa Meendering, Grandville Downtown Development Authority Event Planner.

The events are sponsored by Downtown Grandville and area businesses and organizations.

January 13: Father/Daughter Breakfast (Ticketed) – Sold out event

Saturday morning 8:00 – 11:00.  White linen, “pearls”, tiaras, photo shoot, horse & Carriage rides.

March 24: Adult Only Easter Egg Hunt and Dinner (Ticketed)

Saturday evening 4:00 – 9:00.  Inside/outside stores egg hunt. Dinner at Osgood, Chicago Drive Pub, or Grand Villa.

April 20: Art Walk & Chocolate Walk

Friday 5:00 – 9:00.  Art from Grandville schools displayed in downtown stores and library, sparkling juice and chocolate samples served in select venues.  Art may remain on exhibit for additional days.

May 18: Hop’n Wild to Help a Child Fundraiser ($100 Team of 4)

Friday 6:30 – 8:30.  Hippity-hop relay down Chicago Drive, raffle baskets, pizza sales, mascots.  All proceeds benefiting Visser YMCA’s after school program.

June 1: Summer Kick-off Carnival

Friday evening 4:00-7:00.  Pizza, art tiles, scavenger hunt, prizes, inflatables, confetti blast.

August 10 & 11: Vintage and Blueberry Fest

Friday evening 4:00 – 9:00, Saturday 10:00 – 4:00.  Events by the hour. BBQ, blueberries, crafts, pie eating contest, dunk tank, caricaturist, old fashioned games, bingo tent, antiques, live band, and more.  Additional business sponsored events – corn-hole tournament, tie-dye, photo contest, etc.

October 6: Fall Fest

Saturday 11:00 – 4:00.  Business scarecrow contest, Bluegrass band, fall games, pumpkin decorating, mechanical bull, crafts, donuts, cider, popcorn, Dawg Dash, Chili cook-off, Kid’s pedal tractor pulls

November 30: Christmas Parade

Friday evening 6:00 – 9:00.  Memory Tree, refreshments, Dickens’ carolers, photo ops, reindeer, parade.
